Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, our return policy is strictly limited. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

If you wish to return a product, we will accept returns within 7 business days of the delivery date (as verified by the shipping company), provided the item is in its original condition and includes all original packaging and accessories.

Before returning any product, you must contact us through the contact link on our main website to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RMA).
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorisation Number.

If your return is received within the allowed timeframe and meets our policy conditions, we will issue a credit to the payment method used at the time of purchase, less a 10% restocking fee, unless the product is found to be defective.
If the product is defective, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received free or discounted shipping on your order and decide to return the product, the waived or discounted shipping cost will apply and will be deducted from your refund amount, in addition to any applicable restocking fee.

No other returns will be accepted.

The Set-Top Boxes (STBs) we sell come with a one-year manufacturer hardware warranty. This warranty covers the main device only. Accessories, including remotes, carry a six-month replacement warranty.
If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact our support department for diagnosis and troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you may return the device for repair or replacement (shipping charges apply).

Refunds are not available; however, you may transfer your account to another individual.

If you need to return a defective item, simply log in to your account, view your order under “Complete Orders”, and click “Return Item(s)”.
You will be notified by email once your replacement or refund has been processed.

We ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

When you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery timeframe based on item availability. Depending on the shipping provider, estimated delivery dates may also appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that shipping rates are fixed for all products we sell.
